I have to thank Penny and Mark sincerely from the bottom of my heart. I do not drive, due to personal reasons, and obviously not from Oak Ridge, TN. I am a city girl who always have had access to local transportation via bus or ride shares such as Lyft or Uber. Imagine coming to this small town and realizing there is no form of bus or any dependable rideshares that will be available for me to go to work at 7:00 in the morning! I was completely distraught but after finding Altsknoxville and speaking to Penny, who was able to accommodate me in my situation, it was a complete God send. I understood the pricing as this was NOT a rideshare and is an actual transportation company but to go an extra mile to help a complete stranger, it was truly, truly, truly appreciated.

I used their service for 3 months and not ONCE did they fail to disappoint. They arrived on time, sometimes 20 minutes before scheduled and if they were running late they would call and communicate with you that they were. 5/5 stars is not enough and would recommend for anyone in the Knoxville area to use their services and if I am ever back in Oak Ridge, I will definitely use their services.

Huge thank you to Penny & Mark!!! Their service has always been impeccable!!! Last week I needed a last minute ride to the airport at 4:45AM. Mark was there early!!! I didn’t have to worry that they wouldn’t show up!!! Their vehicles are clean & neat!!! Water is always provided & the conversation is always very pleasant!!! I’ve used them several times for my son in college also & I’m always beyond pleased with their service. Great service!  Taken by ambulance from Crossville to Knoxville.  Upon being discharged from the hospital, I had no transportation back home.  Called ALTS and it responded with prompt and professional service.  Highly recommend!

Great service for the Knoxville area.  Penny made sure we were taken care of both times we have used them, first time we used them was with Mark as our driver who was great.  Second time we used them we had the privilege of John driving us around, great conversations, lots of laughs, whole crew loved him.
