Whether you need to get to the airport from your hotel or need to go from a meeting to your flight, or whatever it may be, our personalized chauffeur service is there for you. Our Chauffeurs and Vehicles
With us you will always receive professional, courteous, and safe drivers. In fact, our drivers aren’t just drivers, they are professional chauffeurs. Drivers simply drive a vehicle to and from a requested destination while a chauffeur drives the vehicle while taking care of the passenger’s needs. We keep water ready and available for all our passengers and we consider additional beverage requests.
Our chauffeurs go through background checks and are vetted with a great driving record. We make sure our fleet vehicles are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly between clients. We make sure our vehicles are frequently inspected to provide the safest experience for our clients and chauffeurs. We strictly adhere to all COVID, health, and safety regulations.

I have to thank Penny and Mark sincerely from the bottom of my heart. I do not drive, due to personal reasons, and obviously not from Oak Ridge, TN. I am a city girl who always have had access to local transportation via bus or ride shares such as Lyft or Uber. Imagine coming to this small town and realizing there is no form of bus or any dependable rideshares that will be available for me to go to work at 7:00 in the morning! I was completely distraught but after finding Altsknoxville and speaking to Penny, who was able to accommodate me in my situation, it was a complete God send. I understood the pricing as this was NOT a rideshare and is an actual transportation company but to go an extra mile to help a complete stranger, it was truly, truly, truly appreciated.
I used their service for 3 months and not ONCE did they fail to disappoint. They arrived on time, sometimes 20 minutes before scheduled and if they were running late they would call and communicate with you that they were. 5/5 stars is not enough and would recommend for anyone in the Knoxville area to use their services and if I am ever back in Oak Ridge, I will definitely use their services.

Huge thank you to Penny & Mark!!! Their service has always been impeccable!!! Last week I needed a last minute ride to the airport at 4:45AM. Mark was there early!!! I didn’t have to worry that they wouldn’t show up!!! Their vehicles are clean & neat!!! Water is always provided & the conversation is always very pleasant!!! I’ve used them several times for my son in college also & I’m always beyond pleased with their service. I never have to worry about them cancelling or not showing up like some of the other parents report!!! Woman & Veteran owned!!! Highly impressive!!!
